General Info This motorhome van has had a lot of work done to it since 2020 including; professionally welded in new sills all round and painted, replaced alternator belt, replaced cam belt, replaced front N/S cv boot, break pads and disks replaced, some break pipes replaced, its had a new front main battery 2023 and new leisure battery 2021, engine service with oil and filter change with fuel flush and line cleaner, and a new windscreen whipper motor, and new front tyres last summer with loads of life left in them. Additionally it has a 110A 21v Solar panel with control unit to drop it down to 12v leisure battery. Has 8 months left on MOT. The engine starts super easy in the warm months but is a bit rough getting it going in the colder months so I used a jump pack to assist the main battery which works really well. It also has LNG tank with water immersion and gas heater for fully functional shower and sink; a full owning (I've never actually used it but it is sold with the van). Need to sort out. The engine starts absolutely fine when temp is above about 7 degrees C i. e. in the spring, summer and autumn in Brighton. However it is a bit rough going to start in the winter as one of the glow plugs has stopped working and it is seized in. I'm not sure if it can be removed with a alternate method but we stopped trying to turn it when we thought we might break it off. In addition I would say the breaks are a little spongey, they lock up if you need them for an emergency stop and have passed MOT in January (I have done less than 100 Miles since) but normal driving they take a bit of getting used to / pumping. This is really annoying as I paid a garage to sort them out and had a number of components in the break system replaced for new but it never really felt as good as most other vehicles I have driven. I appreciate these defects are going to need to be resolved but I have just had a baby and need to cut loose of this van. Please get in touch. Still available at ListedBuy!
